There is the sheer absurdity of the defense, and the logistics of how you can drain the pool into the room where the surveillance camera were kept, and more !
I didn't think an indictment could cause Trump to lose his frontrunner status with the GOP . . . unless he becomes a laughing stock.
Strongmen are not supposed to be the butt of jokes. It undermines the tough "we're fighting the DOJ" image.
