"content": "I have several issues with Raspberry Pi, both as a company and their products. \n\nMutual pin control is really interesting. Linux isn’t realtime, so time sensitive control still needs an MCU which you can’t do with a zero, so you have to add another board. \n\nIt also opens up potential for elimination of an entire layer of protocol between the two devices.\n\nFinally, I’m going to assume that the RISC-V board is much more power efficient than a zero + an MCU.",
