The Expertise Committee at the Ministry of Justice approved the registration of 9 new expertise houses in the list of registered expertise houses during its fourth meeting in 2024, chaired by Judge Dr. Muhammad Obaid Al-Kaabi, President of the Sharjah Federal First Instance Court and President of the Committee. The committee reviewed the applications submitted by experts for the registration of local expertise houses during the meeting. After examining the applications and verifying that they meet the conditions specified in Law No. 21 of 2022 regarding the organization of the expertise profession before the judicial authorities and its executive regulations, the committee decided to approve the registration of 9 new expertise houses. It is worth noting that the new expertise houses approved include 44 experts in 9 different specialties, namely accounting, banking, civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering specializing in electro-mechanical cooling, taxation, human resources, and real estate.
