what has happened is, they have closed local offices down and centralised them all into one place.. & a few years ago you would only wait a few minutes for a reply from them? ..
Over the past 6 weeks I have phoned them twice asking for a specific form to be sent to me.. & they said both times "yeah you will get it with the next 14 days" but no form has turned up yet, so I posted a letter to them yesterday asking them where the fking form is?
