"content": "The suburban and rural counties near NYC have pretty much said no, and the few places that have taken them are basically poor cities upstate with two star hotels that would kill for NYC's guaranteed payments at rack rates. The hotel owners are making a killing, but the migrants are stuck in places with no public transport and even less work opportunities compared to NYC.",
