How to avoid hedonistic sirens when eating?

That can be controversial if you've never practice it (or maybe rather weird) but there's one trick you can try to apply.

Or maybe its your everyday practice and you won't be surprised:)

It can apply to trying to leave sugar, that next dessert or just got control.

I found it first time when I was a waitress
(I was waitress few times) in a really nice place. Cool and nice - it wasn't very posh place, but the food was better than in most places, honestly, good place.

What I noticed is that people left some piece of food untouched.

They haven't eaten sometimes half of the plate.

Weird for you or something so obvious that you're wondering why am I writing about it?
(Curious your opinion on that - comment if you'd find few minutes).

2 things here:
- most of my life I had no clue I was under "sirens" spells. Just few years I'd say I'm learning and I see the difference. After some point it gets disgusting, ego is blowing.

- this kind of eating can help us with information overload. There's really many depression and anxiety and people are wondering why. Everyone is in their phone instead of looking real connection.

Eating slowly, stopping at right time, leaving some food on the plate allows us to let go, be in control, slow down, appreciate food more and be more independent (detach).
Probably your focus will increase despite the diet you are on - vegetarian, keto, paleo...

And as always try yourself...
Let me know how things are going
and see you later.
