Many of us have worked in organisations where individual toxic managerial behaviour might best be called:
'punching down while sucking up'.
As Labour looks for cuts & 'efficiency gains' in the public sector at the same time as deregulating business & relaxing proposed taxation on non-dams, we seem to have a Govt. that has taken to doing exactly that:
'punching down (the poor & vulnerable) while sucking up (to the rich).
This isn't the Labour party my parents were members of.
