The whole reason for a content creator is the ‘new’ way, Zaps. Even if it’s small amount it is way more value than just a like.
If zaps is not a big focus for your product/app it’s for me as content creator just an other social media app.
I love when I post on primal (nprofile…8xnp) travel photos to get some zaps. Or a travel story on YakiHonne (nprofile…9kjy) that will
also shared on all other nostr channels to get some zaps.
Or now the amazing new Olas.app from PABLOF7z (nprofile…n8d4) the Insta of Nostr.
If there was no way to earn some sats (ecash) why should I post it there and not only on instagram with a much bigger network effect? likes doesn’t mean a thing zaps really mean the community values the content.
I truly believe what jack (nprofile…tss9) says. ‘Zaps represent the only fundamentally new innovation in social media’
This is why I keep posting daily on Nostr. It’s rewarding to build your own community like this. Without zaps it’s just nothing special at all.
