"content": "nostr:npub1uljpwg3k8aykhtwd4yenf4u3nfcdrymrytdajhupfx084x66029qj8pqw8 I think my insurance will cover a few sessions per year, but I'm clearly more of a mess than a few sessions will fix. And I worry that going to a few, starting to improve, then being forced to drop it would leave me in an even worse state than I am now. \n\nUntil I can get myself out of here, the only option I see is to just keep pushing on.\n\nTaking care of myself isn't the barrier, it's making sure my mother is ok without me. As much as living with her has been painful (and getting worse all the time) I can't just leave her on her own like that. It's not in my nature to do that to anyone.",
