I have no idea why people talk as if approval means anything to Trump at this point. It's like saying "That guy just went into that bank with a gun... boy he's going to be unpopular, he will be escorted out immediately!"
Trump is in control. He will do literally anything to hold onto his power. And whether he stays in power or not, he will do whatever he wants, he will obey his orders no matter what the American people think of it. He will do as much damage as he wants until we forcefully stop him, or until a whole cheeseburger gets lodged in his left ventricle.
