I have a silly question because I like to ask them. I'm hearing the used car market scarcity is dying down this far out from covid...but car thefts are still booming in cities due to lack of police. Where are all these cars going? Resold? Out of the country? Chopped up? Driven and then totalled? Doesn't this market max out too?
