🚨 Warning About Banggood 🚨
I’d like to share a concerning experience I’m dealing with, hoping it serves as a warning and that someone can suggest how to proceed.
I ordered a Two Trees SP-5 V3 #3Dprinter from #Banggood, shipped from their "local warehouse" in Brazil. The product arrived damaged and unusable: the box was torn and recovered with black tape, and the shipping labels were glued on top of the recovered area - suggesting it was knowingly shipped this way.
Here’s what’s troubling:
- Banggood’s support has been extremely slow, vague, and keeps shifting blame to a "supplier," while refusing to take responsibility.
- The company that issued the invoice is tied to a questionable pattern: seemingly fake address, disconnected phone numbers, and recently registered (4 months old).
- The invoice was issued for a much lower value than I paid.
So far, I’ve:
- Contacted Banggood support with photos and videos - no resolution.
- Reached out to the logistics company listed on shipping label.
- Verified the suspicious supplier details (fake address, invalid phone, etc.).
- Filed a complaint with the consumer rights authority.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice on what steps to take next? I’m even hesitant to return the product if they offer a refund, as I’ve read cases where returns are never acknowledged.
I’ve had many successful purchases before, including my first #3Dprinter 7 years ago. This situation has made me question Banggood’s reliability and their suppliers’ integrity. Be cautious if considering their deals.
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
