You know I've got to say, the list of all the servers that #Threads is apparently "defederating" (whatever that means for a site that doesn't even have interoperability) is surprising in some ways but not in others?
I was through their list, unable to find quite a few of the big neo-Nazi instances, including the openly named "Raci.st", but instead found a bunch of queer, black, and other minority instances... And why is Kolektiva there?
I would think that they'd want to maximize potential content sources, with similar policies to TechHub: as long as it's not a source of harassment or anything that can't be on the timeline, it's federated...
...but then again, this is the network that has repeatedly chosen to platform neo-nazis over members of minority groups, so I guess this is in line with that.
