I never said that I acted like an "uppity bitch" like the OP was saying. I was trying to provide a different perspective. That sometimes people develop subconscious defense mechanisms because of something traumatic maybe that happened to them. They might not even be aware of what they are doing. I used to get scared and act awkward when people tried to befriend me or get close to me. It wasn't me being a "bitch" to someone unfairly it was more that I wanted them to take time to develop trust more before I was willing to invest. Anyway, that was what I meant. I think people can have very different ideas of what the word "shit test" means.
