I agree. down nodes get behind too easily (I remember that much). I always keep my units on 24/7. I have the laptop on a cooling pad right now and need to do some rearranging and install updated system apps. My node is in the command prompt and I need to update the current node version but the blocks are caught up to the current. I can use the desktop for my other things and can pick up a new unit when I have extra time.
