I've lived in 3 big Canadian cities and 2 small ones, and started loves of bathing lengths and degrees in all of them. Sometimes I think about what my life would be like had I stayed in any of them, but mostly I realize how completely out of reach most of those alternative lives are simply due to the fact that Canadian rentals and real estate is completely fucking bonkers.
