Given all we know about the brutal repression in every surrounding nation - why do my fellow #progressives incorrectly use the word “fascist” to describe #israel - a #democracy & the lone #middleeast nation that isn’t a #dictatorship, a #theocracy or an Islamic #monarchy ?
It is unexplainable to me how progressives *knowingly* support #hamas and #fatah - two #palestinian governments that oppress #women & #lgbtqia & #dissidents & the #press
It must be painful to hold those opposite realities.
