Guy and I seem to pretty much align 100% on this bruhaha. I also appreciate the nuance and steelmanning. These are things that are woefully missing in this conversation. Instead, I hear people generally being polarized and saying things like, "if you support X, then you're either stupid, or evil." For what it's worth, I believe that position is almost always fallacious.
