Cancelling my #NextCloud subscription with Cloudamo. Too many red flags. When I bought the account, it was 5 full versions out of date. Then had to raise a ticket to resolve all the errors created by updating it. NCTalk was supposed to be included in my plan, but it wasn't, and I had to raise another support ticket to get the back-end installed. Tried NCTalk this morning, and backend STILL doesn't work!! That's enough strikes for me. I'm cancelling. Can anyone reccomend a user-friendly provider?
