Ok, I had this thought and I wonder.
I think that left wing authoritarianism is actually more dangerous than right wing. Because it's more stable and harder to take down.
Looking at history, it seems that communist/socialist dictatorships always last longer.
This is likely due to centralisation of power in the entity of the state, making it easier for a dictator to capture.
Thoughts?
