We don't have general site blocking powers on the statute books.
A site like this might fall within the UK's Online Safety Act (possibly; I'm not sure). If so, when it is in effect, Ofcom could go to court to apply for an " access restriction order".
In the interim, perhaps requests rather than demands, to the site operator(s)?
