Seems to be accurate when stretched, laid it out next to a Stanley tape measure and it all lined up when taught.

The first of a few measuring tools I ordered to replace the ruler on the multi-tool I lost came in. This measuring tape lanyard looks even better in person. Goes up to 40"/101cm, has a clip to detach on one side so the full length can be used.
