REMINDER: Tomorrow, Friday (9/6), at 10 am ET, Robbie Kaplan (on behalf of #EJeanCarroll) will appear before the 2d Circuit Court of Appeals for oral arguments in Trump’s appeal of the verdicts against him in Carroll’s defamation and sexual abuse trial.
Each side will get 10 minutes to answer any questions posed by the 3 appellate court judges and to argue in support of their positions.
