My position: I'd rather use known good oils than oils that may not be as bad I suspect they are (more research needed, as always). We have become so stupid. We need expensive studies to tell us everything. It's not enough to look at the chemistry and suspect that something probably is bad. No. We need proof beyond doubt. Fuck that. I'll just use butter and extra virgin olive oil that's traceable. I'm okay with that.
