Republicans capture power by all means necessary and in unity, minimal bickering. It’s a plan. When Democrats attempt to broker power, a special interest group by usually turns apoplectic. Dems lost the House because of NY suburb districts. Anti-car movement folk won’t accept this trade of postponing congestion pricing to flip back the House, further fracturing tenuous coalitions of special interests. We need more Dems putting democracy itself above all other issues, as painful as it is. #uspol
