In reality the fundamental inviolate prerequisite for consent [of the governed] is the ability to say "no" without receiving any reprisal. When you give the government (or anyone for that matter) the ability to violate the dissent of the individual, then you have simply created the conditions for tyranny. Also, equal rights belong exclusively to individuals, not groups. When groups are provided the means to abrogate the rights of individuals, then democracy is reduced to the character of gang rape (only the victim voted no). Personally I don't give a shite if you get vaxed or not. But if you try to force it on me, I'll happily reciprocate by injecting you with a bullet, for the protection of liberty against tyranny.
