But that also leads to another rabbit hole - are species actually collapsing. NASA had a nice graphic a few years ago showing the earth is actually becoming greener, probably due to CO2. And some scientists are refuting allegations of species collapse in their field - Dr. Kevin Rudd (ridd? Maybe) in Australia has shown that the supposed coral collapse is just wrong. Very worth checking out - he has a YouTube channel
