I'm in a situation where if I got an official diagnosis for ADHD / autism and *any* type of stimulant (or anti anxiety) meds (there's a 1 year waiting list) there's a non zero chance that my car insurance premiums are loaded as "higher risk", *and* I'd have to deal with the risk of being stopped for drug driving - although a valid prescription is a defence, it doesn't stop the cops putting you through arrest/bail procedures, blood test and a court case >>
