In that context it's quite impressive how low the figure is.
In my opinion I think the Lord is now clearing out the Palestinians/Philistines from the land as was prophesied. I think by the end of this there will be no more Gaza or West Bank. I think God is removing these people because He hates it when His land is divided. Plus He will bring all the Jews home from the 4 corners of the earth.
And I think there's a strong possibility He will restore the original borders that He promised to Abraham, in which case there will be no more Lebanon or it will have to move east of the Jordan because everything west of the Jordan right up into Syria is the land that God gave to Abraham.....
