Hello Masto friends!
The Dude is not supposed to be on the countertop, but he watches me make my protein shake every morning before catdaddy is awake. He’s looking upwards because he thinks he heard him upstairs. 🤫
#Today I’m heading to the hospital for a bone density test.
I haven’t fed birds/squirrels/cathouse cats yet as it is still dark at 7:05.
Full workout day. Rain is expected for several days but warm temperatures until the weekend.
