Exactly. Which is why you not only need to pass a written test, but a driving test as well. To own a gun, in most places, no felonies.

You don’t have to prove you can handle a gun safely, like you must do with a car.

You don’t have to prove you have knowledge about the firearm you want, unlike a vehicle.

One license to own them all, unlike needing a specific license for specific types of vehicles.

And since a gun’s sole purpose is to kill, unlike a vehicle, you should have to pass a psychological examination as well.


Think about how many mass shootings could’ve been avoided had we been allowed to regulate the industry more.

2nd amendment yahoos scream about not having their right infringed on, but fail to understand that right is already infringed on. You have to be a certain age to purchase a firearm, as well as, no felonies on your record. Doesn’t matter what kind of felony, you lose that right.

They don’t seem to mind those people being infringed on. 🤦🏻‍♂️
