Sure, yes.
I didn't had any issue with peachbitcoin (npub1536…pswl) or my #Twint but i couldn not pay the other side cause he/she had an unregistrated Twint account.
I could not continue the process to pay him and it did not worked with Twint Post but worked with Twint ZKB.
i did not know that is able to have an unregistrated acount and i wonder if there will be an extra regulation issue in the future.
It would be also annoying if i had to brake the deal cause of that issue
