Obviously, Sweet Briar is not a law school, or else someone there would know that Virginia Code §55.1-124 makes perpetual conditions on interests in property void. They push this too hard and the directors are going to find out that the original bequest creating the college was, itself, invalid, and all that property belongs to whomever took the rest of the estate.
