It's still alive yes. And my Keybase account is actually brand new 🤣. I have been sorta living under a rock in terms of PGP. Trying to catch up. I only noticed that SKS servers were dead when I failed to publish new keys for a project. I'm also publising my keys to a few other servers now (keys.openpgp.org, keyserver.ubuntu.com, etc). Next step: WKD.
