I have ordered direct from them in India to the US before, had to fill out customs paperwork for ink but otherwise was a smooth transaction. Interestingly the prices are the "same" in USD and Pounds ($60/$65 USD) so it appears the UK is getting charged more.

It's interesting but I doubt I'd buy one. The mechanism looks awkward to use and clean.
