I think that might be a little hard due to sending 0.005 would not work. However as I would always suggest and some have suggested this for SATs too, is you batch the payments to a min payment.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but their are small fees with SATs transfers and when converting SATs to BTC then BTC to USD.
Would love to know what those fees total for say $100.
