I’ve learned that sometimes you need to immerse yourself in details before you can arrive at a simplifying clarity. As I am building #nostr #safebox, though I am immersed in the technical details of Cashu, Lightning and Bitcoin, users won’t really care - all they want to have their funds available to spend as they wish.

Similarly, for health records, verifiable credentials, etc., - it’s about having your records available to present when required. Some of these records might be private and unofficial, while others might be public, official and attested (signed). Regardless of the nature of the record, you want to present the right record at the right time.

This brings me to the use cases - there are only two at the root: One is to PAY for something, and the other is to PASS by something, where you are required to present something or provide a proof.

So there you have it: it boils down to: FUNDS, RECORDS, PAY and PASS.
