So the image is hosted on @npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 and it was resized down to having a long side of 1500px and a file size of 319kb, which is big, but FAR better than the original 7.1MB.
[It's great that it can take such a large image - since in the real world users don't want to deal with image resizing - especially on mobile.]
