IMO, CON-70 isn't terrible to clean, it's just not as easy as some others. For me, the extra capacity is worth it so I don't have to attempt syringe filling. I know myself and I would 100% make a huge mess every time.
The Wing Sung 659 converter is a good alternative for Kakuno as well, you can find them on Aliexpress and similar sites for fairly cheap.
