Looking at the whole OP_RETURN Fiasco. I now know that I need to understand Bitcoin code really well, since everytime shit like this happens a lot of the drama (at least the one that reaches normie ears) is peddled bullshit by influencers who have no clue what they're talking about.
I will make sure to take up going through parts of the code until I have a solid understanding of all the moving parts as a duty to myself.
