It was a very real gunshot, if he didn't twitch last second the 5.56 would've blown his brain out, impossible to stage. If there was a conspiracy, then to let the shooter through and possibly groom him. They spent the last 8 years vilifying Trump, certainly they have better candidates to heroify.
