I just read the NY Times article about the $148M judgement against Rudy the loser. 👎
Many letters commenting, of course, and many people saying Freeman and Moss may never see a penny. However one comment from an attorney explained that bankruptcy doesn't protect assets if you've done evil shit like Rudy has. If he declares bankruptcy, the atty. explained, an executor (or someone; I don't recall the name) will be put in charge of the assets and start paying off his debts. Hooray! Huzzah! 😜
