You have Bluesky, Diaspora who are apart, you have Fediverse softwares who more or less connect with other softwares, you have the indie Web, You have the private Web (Facebook, Twitter and other private softwares). So it is hard to imagine a true social web in which every software (or if you prefer platform) connect to every other.
