That's... very rare
rainbows are almost always on the other side than the sun because physics.
Something something how light is refracted when it bounces off inside the water drop. I forgot the details but yes there are usually very specific degrees between the sun and your eyes and almost always the rainbow is on the other half of your sky away from the sun
