Jesus christ, if I had realized I could just not file or pay taxes for seve years…
IRS is going after 125,000 people in the US who make over $400,000/yr and haven’t filed or paid taxes since 2017.
Why did it take so long to find these accounts?
We know historically IRS audits have gone after lower income people, so probably this is reflective of that, but goddamn. Anyhow, glad they are finally focused on the right scofflaws. Maybe we can buy some healthcare with it.
