TL;DR: We didn't buy it.
Long story:
It was $300K, and originally cash-only (non-affixed RTM), so we put in an offer, but they were in the process of getting it affixed, and putting in a well, so they came back with a much higher amount than we wanted to pay. So we passed.
Then there was a BEAUTIFUL place that went up for sale - multigen with a diving pool. BUT because it had a separate unit, all the AirBnBers wanted it so no dice.
Then the previous house decided to come back with a lower offer, but the man decided he didn't want to do the work for the place (we would have had to build another building on the property).
AND now we're back to square one.
