Many issues pattern the rising need/requests for special educational needs' support... but one, of course is the lack of funds & staff capacity to support these children.

This has led to a large increase in school suspensions where teachers have been unable to help these students & they become so disruptive to class(es) that they are suspended.

But is the ability of private schools to capture that funding & recruit those staff what lies behind the funding/capacity crisis
