Well I've run into a small snag on possibly buying the new car. Apparently June 1st was the cutoff to get a new car loan through my bank. So they offered used term rates which I found unacceptable. I'm in the process of securing a loan elsewhere but should a vehicle that's never been titled still a "new car?"
