Probably all those practices trigger lucid. I've also noticed that being in a calm, natural environment leads to lighter, more pleasant lucid experiences. But when I'm in the city—which I usually am—my lucid dreams tend to worsen. It's too chaotic. That's why, unfortunately, I don't enjoy lucid as much.
