totally home made. I use my favorite tracker app “Strong”. And then just composed a few different plans. When I trained more I had dedicated upper and lower programs. But now it’s mostly all muscles (although split for time efficiency and tough prioritization).

I focus on compound exercises these days to get most bang for the money (time spent). Then a few extra like crunches and curls.
